In an exciting partnership, Briggs District Library and the Recreation Department are hosting several programs throughout the summer.

Tales About Tails: Briggs Library staff has made it possible for Howell Nature Center coming to the Main Pavilion in City Park for this special, free family event. Wildlife educators will share the tales of our Wildlife Ambassadors! Meet some of our wild friends and hear why they call Howell Nature Center home. Learn about their habitats, roles in the ecosystem, and the amazing adaptations that help them survive, including their tails!

This is a free event, but it requires registration to reserve your spot so we can have an accurate count for participation. Please register EVERY member of your family who is attending (each family member including children should be added to your household account to register for events).

Recycled paper making program: Join us as Nicole King from the Clinton County Waste Management team demonstrates making your own paper out of recycled items. Spaces are limited and this is a free event, but it requires registration to reserve your spot so we can have an accurate count for participation.
