  • Come out and join this child friendly, women’s strength training class!  The class is taught by Kaitlyn Longoria, a Certified Personal Trainer/Pre and Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist, and will provide evidence based, safe and effective movement opportunities for all stages of motherhood (and beyond). This class will focus on the foundational strength training movements, all while rehabbing and developing our Mom power muscles. We place extra focus on proper posture, glute activation, and deep connection to our inner core/pelvic floor to improve common, but not normal, long term impacts of pregnancy and childbirth. Scalable and appropriate for all skill levels.  

    DURING THE SUMMER CLASS WILL MEET ON TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND FRIDAY. THIS PROGRAM IS HELD AT THE ST JOHNS TRAIN DEPOT, LOCATED AT 107 E RAILROAD ST, ACROSS THE STREET FROM BRIGGS DISTRICT LIBRARY. DUE TO SPACE CONSTRAINTS THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO 12 PEOPLE PER CLASS. PRE-REGISTRATION IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. DROP-INS MAY NOT BE ALLOWED IF WE HAVE REACHED OUR 12 PERSON LIMIT.
