Yoga
Yoga is essentially a spiritual discipline based on an extremely subtle science, which focuses on bringing harmony between mind and body. It is an art and science of healthy living.

Midday Yoga 
A midday yoga practice for all levels (Beginners welcome!) to focus on reducing stress and letting go of tension in your body. This yoga flow will help you get through the midday slump; leaving you feeling refreshed and refocused to conquer the rest of your day. This class is perfect for your lunch break and will give you a boost of energy when you need it most! You can expect to be guided through a vinyasa style yoga flow, focusing on linking breath with gentle movement, improving strength, flexibility and balance. All levels are welcome and encouraged! Class will start a few minutes after 11:30 and end a little before 12:30 to accommodate time for lunch schedules. Meets twice weekly. PLEASE BRING A MAT & WATER BOTTLE.
