Facility Reservation Payment Policy


Facility reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance of the reservation date.

Approved facility rental requests must be paid within 48 hours or the reservation will expire. You will need to complete the invoice payment before you will receive the link to your permit. If your reservation expires before payment, you will have to request the facility again to receive approval for payment.

Facilities are available on a first come, first served basis determined by request and payment completion.

The Responsible Party shall have access to the facility only during the day of the rental and only during the hours contracted.  REMINDER - Set up/Tear down time is included in the rental block.  Renting additional blocks should be considered if more time is needed.
