Rental rate for this facility is $35.00 per hour Monday through Friday or $50.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday for City residents. Rental rate is $45.00 per hour Monday through Friday or $65.00 per hour Saturday and Sunday for Non-City residents.
If rental requires the use of the City's sound equipment and/or chairs, a $300.00 refundable deposit will be due at the time of booking. Upon receiving an approved rental permit, the renter is also responsible for contacting Chris Ordiway (sound professional) at 517-348-8919 to arrange set-up for the event date. A small fee may be charged by the sound professional and collected at set-up.
All sound equipment and chairs must remain on the stage.
Facility reservation requests must be made at least one week in advance of the reservation date.
Approved facility rental requests must be paid within 48 hours or the reservation will expire. You will need to complete the invoice payment before you will receive the link to your permit. If your reservation expires before payment, you will have to request the facility again to receive approval for payment.
Facilities are available on a first come, first served basis determined by request and payment completion. |
