St. Johns Depot Building and Pavilion
The Responsible Party shall have access to the facility only during the day of the rental and only during the hours contracted.  REMINDER-Set up/Tear down time is included in the rental block.  Renting additional blocks should be considered if more time is needed.

Depot and Pavilion Information
The Depot building has space for around 64 people sitting at eight five-foot round tables and chairs. Kitchen has a refrigerator, sink and outlets to plug in slow cookers. There is not a stove. The main room is 42ft x 24ft.

The Pavilion holds about 75 people, has picnic tables and electrical outlets.
