Approved facility rental requests must be paid within 48 hours or the reservation will expire.

St. Johns Depot Building and Pavilion
The Responsible Party shall have access to the facility only during the day of the rental and only during the hours contracted.  REMINDER-Set up/Tear down time is included in the rental block. Rental blocks are from 7:30am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-5:30pm, and 5:30pm-10:30pm.  Renting additional blocks should be considered if more time is needed.

Depot Rental Fees
City Residents: $70 per 5 hour rental block
Non-City Residents: $95 per 5 hour rental block
Security Deposit: $100

Depot Rotary Pavilion Rental Fees
City Residents: $50 per 5 hour rental block
Non-City Residents: $70 per 5 hours rental block

Depot and Pavilion Information
The Depot building has space for around 64 people sitting at eight five-foot round tables and chairs. Kitchen has a refrigerator, sink and outlets to plug in slow cookers. There is not a stove. The main room is 42ft x 24ft.

The Pavilion holds about 75 people, has picnic tables and electrical outlets.
